But everything with how we MANAGE REJECTION. Rejection and bad days happen to EVERYONE. So, why do some of us seem to take the hit harder than others?

Like the subconscious and body/nervous system memories from infancy, prenatal development, or other traumatic experiences that we might not even think of as "trauma" now.
BUT THEY CREATED A REJECTION WOUND --- ONE OF THE DEEPEST WOUNDS and A SURVIVAL FEAR UNDERNEATH IT, that most of us carry unconsciously in this "human condition".
And it gets retriggered on the level of our BODY and MIND over and over again. Unless effectively released.

The biological memory that has been replayed on repeat for your entire life.
This neurologist and neurochemical memory is highly ADDICTIVE... As our emotional and mental reactions to triggers and trauma run on the well-rehearsed neuropathways, reinforced by the chemical state they create (emotions = chemicals).
They begin to have “a mind of their own”.
BUT THIS "MIND" IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONSCIOUS CONTROL AND WILL POWER, BECAUSE IT IS RUN BY OUR AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM.
We can't just solve it by "thinking positively" and "differently".
Unless… the emotional and body memory charge behind them is effectively released, so your nervous system and therefore emotions, mind and its negative voices (who do they belong to, by the way???) can be reset as a result.
SO THE MIND (AND ALL OUR ACTIONS!) CAN FOLLOW THE BODY AND OUR INNER STATE.
